An Energy Performance Certificate (or an EPC) is required when properties are built, put up for sale or let. When selling or renting your property in or around Manchester you are required to order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property.
Pennine EPC's will visit your property at a date and time that is convenient to you, carry out your assessment and produce the EPC certificate with 48 hours of the survey. Your Report will then be lodged on the EPC register and a copy of the report sent out to you.
Please note it is important that you should arrange your EPC before you market your property for sale or rental.
